The Sci-Fi Ball is the biggest and best fan-run con in the UK. The event will take place on the 7th – 9th February 2020 at The Grand Harbour Hotel, Southampton.
All the things you can expect over the 3 days:

  • Special guest talks
  • Autographs
  • 3 late-night parties
  • Photo opportunities
  • The Ball – A unique 3-course costume banquet with professional after-dinner cabaret.

This event is run by the fans, for the fans. The Sci-Fi Ball is a non-profit charity event.

Now in it’s 26th year, the Sci-Fi Ball is one of the longest running, best loved, fan run sci-fi events in the country. Run entirely by unpaid volunteers they stage a fantastic three day event with state of the art production equipment including a multi-screen stage, hi-def recording and stunning indoor pyrotechnics. The event features talks, autograph and photos sessions, interactive gameshows and charity auctions. The highlight of the weekend is the Ball itself, a sumptuous three course sit down formal banquet followed by the best in after dinner entertainment…. and all to raise money for their chosen charity the Teenage Cancer Trust. To date we have raised just over £60,000 for our nominated charity.
